Strengthening
Sisterhood
Sisterhood is at the heart of everything we do. I am committed to creating meaningful opportunities for connection, where every soror feels seen, valued, and supported. Through intentional engagement, open communication, and shared experiences, we will continue to build a culture rooted in love, respect, and unity.
Vision For Concord Alumnae
These are Elaine’s key initiatives for Concord Alumnae, focused on sustainable growth and community empowerment.
Leadership
Development
Strong leadership is essential to the continued success and sustainability of our chapter. I am committed to creating intentional opportunities that equip sorors with the tools, confidence, and support needed to lead effectively at every level. By investing in our members, we strengthen not only our chapter but the communities we serve.
Strategic
Innovation
Innovation is essential to keeping our chapter effective, efficient, and prepared for the future. I aim to integrate new ideas, tools thoughtfully, and approaches that enhance how we operate, communicate, and serve. By embracing innovation with purpose, we can streamline our efforts, increase engagement, and expand our impact.
Impactful
Service
Service is the foundation and the heart of our impact. Our ability to serve effectively is strengthened by how well we are connected, how we grow as leaders, and how we embrace new ideas. When we intentionally engage our sisterhood, develop strong leaders, and innovate our approach, we position ourselves to deliver meaningful, lasting service to the communities we serve.
Lunch and Learns
As part of my campaign, I am hosting a series of Lunch & Learns to create space for open conversation, connection, and shared ideas. These informal gatherings provide an opportunity for sorors to learn more about my vision for the chapter, ask questions, and engage in meaningful dialogue about the future of Concord Alumnae.
I look forward to connecting with you, listening to your perspectives, and continuing the conversation together.

Soror Reflections
"It is with great enthusiasm and a firm belief in her leadership that I recommend Elaine Johnson for the position of Chapter President of the Concord Alumnae Chapter. Having observed Elaine’s dedication to our sisterhood and her professional approach to service, I am confident she possesses the qualities necessary to lead our chapter into its next era of excellence. She has not sought leadership for the sake of a title, but for the opportunity to strengthen our collective bond and amplify our impact."
Christie Lyles-Hammond
"I've witnessed Elaine's ability to connect, inspire, and unite; under her leadership, our chapter will continue to grow, thrive, and deepen its impact in the community."
Treval Clark Webb
“I’m proud to endorse Soror Elaine Johnson for Chapter President. She is an innovative, strong leader who embodies dedication and commitment within our chapter. She leads with vision, but also with grace, and truly embodies our values in everything she does.
She did an amazing job leading our Fall 2025 line to Delta, pouring into them with care, intention, and purpose. What I admire most is that she is a true servant leader, not for show, but in a genuine way. She doesn’t mind doing the work and is always willing to step up, especially when others may step back.
I’m confident she will continue to lead our chapter forward with excellence and intention."

About Elaine Johnson
I am Elaine L. Johnson, and I am honored to share a little about who I am as I seek your support for the office of Chapter President for the 2026–2028 term of the Concord Alumnae Chapter of our beloved sisterhood.
Originally from the Gateway to the West, St. Louis, Missouri, I graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Computer Information Systems and later earned my Master of Business Administration from Webster University. I made Charlotte home in April 2016 to pursue my career with Atrium Health, where I currently work as a Cybersecurity Engineer. My professional work requires strategic thinking, problem solving, and organization, skills that I also bring to my leadership and service within Delta.
Through my time in Concord Alumnae, I have had the opportunity to serve in several leadership roles and work alongside many dedicated sorors and community partners to support programs that extend the reach and impact of our chapter.
Outside of the work of Delta and my professional responsibilities, I enjoy watching basketball, listening to good music, spending time with family and friends, and finding quiet moments to recharge. One of my favorite ways to relax is simply sitting in the garage listening to the rain and wind — sometimes those quiet moments bring the best clarity and inspiration.
